Precision Technologies
As president of Precision Technologies, a custom manufacturing company located in Tyngsboro, Bryan Subsick knows that understanding his customers’ needs is vital to his business. That quality is also what he appreciates in Patriot Community Bank.
“We’ve been doing business with Patriot Community Bank since it opened—and with President, John O’Donnell, even before then. It’s a personal relationship. John makes business banking easy for a small company, and that’s why we’ve given him all our banking.”
During its 20+ years in operation, Precision Technologies has grown from a machine shop of five to a full-service machining center that employs over forty. Their services include milling, turning and assembly, to do that they require a variety of specialized equipment. Investing in this equipment has been key to growing the business and one of its challenges, Subsick explained.
“New equipment is very expensive, and we’re a small company. Other banks were reluctant to work with us. Because of President, John O’Donnell’s knowledge of our industry and the technology involved as well as his familiarity with our business, he was willing to loan us the money we needed.”
Bryan Subsick’s business requires him to have a keen eye for quality, that’s why he does all his business and personal banking at Patriot Community Bank.

Taylor & Lloyd
Family-owned Taylor & Lloyd has been selling and servicing trucks for over 45 years. Long-term relationships are the foundation of the business. The company takes pride in its commitment to customers, providing the service and support they need. The family looks for the same values in its banking relationship.
“We’ve been with Patriot Community Bank since it opened. We already had a relationship with John O’Donnell, President of Patriot Community Bank. He’s always there for us - ready to help us make decisions. I’m glad that we can call on him,” said Deborah Lloyd, the company’s accountant.
The personal quality of a community bank is similar to the personal attention a customer can expect at a family-owned business.
“That’s what we had in mind. That’s why we wanted to stay with a smaller bank. You get better, more personalized service, and you feel more like a valued customer instead of just another account.”
Taylor & Lloyd, like the customers who buy their trucks, is in business for the long haul. And the family owners of Taylor & Lloyd appreciate the security of knowing that Patriot Community Bank is a dependable banking partner.
